This study aims to develop an online-based collaborative project learning model design that can improve students’ abilities in developing teaching materials. The method used is research and development. Data collection instruments are questionnaires and rubrics. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The validation test used the individual content validity index and the overall content validity index. The Collaborative Project Online Learning (CPOL) model developed consists of six stages in learning: (1) orientation, (2) understanding project concepts and tasks, (3) designing and determining project themes, (4) working on project assignments, (5) presenting project assignments, and (6) evaluating project assignments. The results show that the content validity index shows a good category. Students are also good at developing teaching materials. Thus, the design of the CPOL model can be used in the course of developing teaching materials in higher education. Inovasi media pembelajaran yang menarik sangat memiliki dampak terhadap kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Upaya optimalisasi smartphone peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan multimedia interaktif ke dalam Smartphone berbasis android. Pengembangan model 4-D yang memiliki empat tahapan utama, yaitu; define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran game edukasi berbasis android terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis Penelitian penilitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan media yang dikembangkan adalah media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi game edukasi berbasis android. Objek penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu peserta didik di SMAN 1 Cigemblong tepatnya kelas XI. Analisis data kuantitatif untuk menguji efektivitas produk media pembelajaran memakai Uji N-Gain score. Hasil pre-test dan post test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan tingkat persentase sebesar 30%. Kemudian, hasil produk pengembangan media pembelajaran game edukasi berbasis android menurut N-Gain score senilai 0.73 dengan kategori tinggi. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa produk tersebut cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test siswa

The paper explores the essence of the criteria and indicators which can be used to select a cloud-oriented learning support system for a higher education institution. The following criteria with corresponding indicators are identified: design criterion (reliability, accessibility, multilinguality, security, adaptability, ease of use and administration, free use); technological criterion (user access rights differentiation, cloud storage of data, integration with other cloud-based services, ability to download different types of files); communication criterion (user registration, communication between registered users, creating groups, creating forums and chats); information-didactic criterion (structuredness, calendar, assessment of student achievement, file sharing, testing and surveys, group and individual modes of work; analytics for a particular course). The most downloaded LMS are shown based on the results published by LMS Market Share. The paper offers an analysis of a number of cloud-based learning management systems (Google Classroom, Moodle, Edmodo, Studyboard, Oracle, Learner Nation, iSpring, Canvas, Schoology, Blackboard, NeoLms) in terms of the above-mentioned criteria and indicators. The systems were selected based on the method of expert evaluation. The expert evaluation showed that the most convenient and high-quality cloud-based learning management system for building a cloud-oriented learning environment of a higher education institution which best meets all the criteria are NeoLMS, Canvas and Google Classroom. These LMS offer all the functionalities which are essential in the educational process. We see the development of methodological recommendations for higher education regarding the high-quality and successful implementation of such learning management systems in the educational process as prospects for further research.
