Staphylococcus aureus nasal colonization increases the risk of cedar pollinosis

Abstract: Background One‐third of the people in Japan are colonized with Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and suffer from virulence factor‐mediated subclinical inflammation of the nares.
