HRAS mutation positive multiple myeloma in the type 2 CALR mutation positive essential thrombocythemia: A case report

Abstract: Out of BCR‐ABL negative myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPNPh − ) patients, 3%–14% display a concomitant monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance (MGUS).
