Gorgoderina alobata sp.nov. (Trematoda: Gorgoderidae) from the toad Bombina variegata

Abstract: A bladder fluke from the toad Bombina variegata is described and erected as a new species under the name of Gorgoderina alobata sp.nov. A comparison is made between this trematode and G. carli Baer, 1930, from India. It is also compared with the other two previously described European species, G. vitelliloba (Olsson, 1876) and G. skrjabini Pigulevsky, 1953.
