Clostridium difficileenteritis: diffuse small bowel radiological changes in a patient with abdominal sepsis

Abstract: While imaging appearances of pseudomembranous colitis are commonly recognised, radiological manifestations of -associated enteritis are poorly understood which, combined with the rarity of this infection involving small bowel, makes establishing the correct diagnosis challenging.
