Hypothalamic oxytocin mediates adaptation mechanism against chronic stress in rats

Abstract: Accumulation of continuous life stress (chronic stress) often causes gastric symptoms. Although central oxytocin has antistress effects, the role of central oxytocin in stress-induced gastric dysmotility remains unknown.
