Angka kejadian kecelakaan di kota Tegal tahun 2021 sebanyak 603 kasus kecelakaan dengan luka berat 4 orang, luka ringan 643 orang. Terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 103 kasus dalam waktu 1 tahun. Fragmen tulang yang bergeser/rusak akibat fraktur pada kecelakaan menyebabkan nyeri. Intervensi mengatasi nyeri dapat menggunakan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dengan merangsang otak dan otot-otot tubuh menjadi rileks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan asuhan keperawatan dimulai pengkajian diakhiri evaluasi pada pasien diagnosis medis fraktur di Ruang rawat inap Cendana II RSUD Kardinah Tegal. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif melalui studi kasus pada pasien gangguan kebutuhan dasar nyeri dengan diagnosa medis fraktur radius ulna sinistra. Populasi yaitu semua pasien yang mengalami fraktur dengan pengambilan sampel 1 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara anamnesa, pengamatan, pemeriksaan fisik, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan memvalidasi hasil pengkajian dengan SDKI untuk membuat kesimpulan masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada responden. Hasil penelitian ini terjadi penurunan skala nyeri dari 6 ke 4 paska pemberian terapi relaksasi nafas dalam. Tingkat kegelisahan pasien menurun dan kualitas tidur pasien menjadi meningkat.

Introduction:Ovarian cancer is very common in women and in its early stages usually does not cause complaints. Complaints will only be felt when they have entered stage II to stage IV where the patient will begin to feel pain, anemia, ascites until anorexia occurs. Pain felt in patients with ovarian cancer is usually chronic, acute to chronic and intermittent. This condition is based on the stage of cancer experienced. Objectives:This study aims to describe nursing care and approriate intervention in ovarium cancer patient who experience pain Method: This research is a case study design using simple random sampling technique for sampling. This research was conducted in December 2020 with an assessment guide instrument for data collection. Researchers use the nursing care process from the assessment stage to evaluation Result: The complaint that most felt and disturbed the patient was pain around the surgical area that radiated to the back on a scale of 5, the pain was intermittent and felt like being stabbed. Pain will be felt when the patient moves. The provision of deep breathing therapy interventions carried out for a period of 3 days has not been able to reduce the scale of pain felt in post-operative ovarian cancer patients Conclusion: Pain management measures show that they have not been able to change the pain scale they feel, so they can continue until the pain scale shows a decrease. Nurses can apply and modify alternative uses of other non-pharmacological therapies in reducing pain in addition to deep breathing relaxation techniques.

A visit to the dentist for consultation alone is enough to cause the heart rate to increase and 58% of patients having anxiety towards dental treatment has been reported. Amongst various pharmacologic and non- pharmacologic adjuncts available to address dental anxiety, the therapeutic value of hypnosis requires a fresh and deeper look so as to decipher the potential benefits and to create a wider awareness and acceptance of its proven efficacy in anxiolysis.The benefits of hypnosis explained well to the patient at the initial visit and before commencement of treatment, can nudge her towards a greater relief in dental phobia, anxiety and pain tolerance. This article explores the role of hypnotherapy as a facilitator for anxiolysis in dentistry.
