Abstract: Multiple epiphyseal dysplasia is a genotypic chondrodystrophy characterized by an abnormal shape of numerous epiphyses. Diagnosis is usually made during childhood on an abnormal gait and a reduction of joint mobility associated with radiological changes of the ossification centres.
