The increasing risk of HSR with increasing cycle number is more similar to the pattern seen with carboplatin than with paclitaxel, which suggests a true drug allergy, related to repetitive drug exposure [21][22][23]. It is possible that the longer duration of therapy in our study compared to other trials with CT-2103 may have contributed to the higher than expected incidence of HSR.…”
