“…Принимая во внимание, что в ряде случаев изолированная МАЕ может предшествовать повышению уровня других панкреатических ферментов и ХБПГ, при обследовании таких больных в 50% случаев следует ожидать обнаружения анатомических аномалий и/или признаков структурной патологии ПЖ. [10] МАЕ как прогностический маркер В отличие от бессимптомной МАЕ и относительно доброкачественного ее течения при кардиоваскулярных операциях, возникновение МАЕ после оперативного вмешательства на органах брюшной полости, особенно на ПЖ, желчном пузыре, двенадцатиперстной кишке не является благоприятным прогностическим признаком. Значительное повышение уровня амилазы после выполнения панкреатодуоденэктомии признано прогностическим маркером осложненного течения постоперационного периода: возникновение МАЕ может свидетельствовать о развитии желудочно-кишечного кровотечения (8,8% vs 2,5%; р<0,01), формировании фистулы ПЖ (15,1% vs 2,5%; р<0,01), возникновении инфекционного осложнения (9,2% vs 3,3%; р=0,04) по сравнению с больными, у которых постоперационный период протекал без МАЕ [53].…”
