“…However, the films deposited by SGHT method (Fig. 2a) show the plane view images of resulting ''cauliflower-like'' morphology, as reported by Wei [16]. This type of thin film morphology suggests that the thin film is grown by nucleation and growth.…”

“…The perovskite‐type SrTiO 3 is similar to the amorphous TiO 2 comprising corner‐sheared TiO 6 octahedrons in structure. The formation of perovskite SrTiO 3 by the TiO 2 precursor in the alkaline solution is proposed to be due to a dissolution and precipitation mechanism that involves the dissolution of titanium oxide followed by nucleation and growth of the perovskite SrTiO 3 crystal 26,38,39 . In our experiments, the TiO 2 species on the inner wall of the as‐anodized NTs first dissolves in the alkaline solution to form [Ti(OH) 6 ] 2− and then reacts with Sr 2+ to form SrTiO 3 that precipitates onto the remaining NT wall.…”

“…The dc field dependence of the dielectric constant indicates that BZT processes high tunability in the paraelectric phase. The high tunability in BZT thin films results in part from the existence of polar clusters and the dynamic effect of the clusters under dc field [7].…”

“…BZT thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO 2 /Si substrates by spin coating at 3000 rpm for 20 s for each layer and then crystallized at 700 • C for 30 min. The total thickness of 400 nm was achieved by repeating the spin-coating-drying-annealing process [7][8][9].…”
