Hydatidiform Mole with Coexistant Viable Fetus

Abstract: Background: A hydatidiform mole with a coexistent viable fetus is a rare entity. Case: This article reports a case of a 30-year-old, gravida 4, para 2, who presented at 14 weeks' period of gestation with bleeding per vaginum. Ultrasonography revealed a twin pregnancy consisting of a hydatidiform mole and a coexistent fetus. After a detailed discussion with the patient and her mate, the pregnancy was terminated.
