Hybrid optically and electrically controllable field effect transistor based on manipulated nanoparticles

Abstract: The hybrid optically and electrically controllable field effect transistor is a novel device whose current-voltage (I-V) curve can be controlled by optical or electrical modulation of metallic nanoparticles.
