Humerus Shaft Fractures Managed by Locking Compression Plate

Abstract: Background: The incidence of nonunion of humerus has been as high as 15% of all humeral fractures. Majority of humeral shaft fractures were treated by conservative treatment using splints, hanging arm cast, braces compromising anatomical reduction in view of wide range of movement of shoulder and elbow joint.
