Human Quarantine vis-a-vis the State of Exception

Abstract: Theoretically, human quarantine aims to control an epidemic outbreak, but evidences have pointed to be inefficient. The present paper tried to approach the question using the lens of the State of Exception. The microbes are ethereal, invisible, and ubiquitous; they easily create panic and evoke the fear of death in the population.
