Nurses are at the forefront of health development in Indonesia. Currently, the nursing profession is still not prosperous and has problems related to compensation, job stress, and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine how payment, job stress, and job satisfaction on nurse performance. The method used in this research is a literature study by taking the data source through garuda.ristekbrin.go.id, which was published in the 2015-2021 period, downloaded on 12-16 March 2021. After selecting and identifying according to the inclusion criteria, ten articles were reviewed. The results showed that the welfare of nurses is paramount, appropriate compensation has a significant effect on motivation and enthusiasm to improve nurse performance. Nurse performance is related to work stress experienced by nurses. The welfare of nurses influences work stress, and the workload is not appropriate. Then low work stress on nurses can increase the productivity of nurse performance. Productive nurse performance can provide nurse job satisfaction so that the quality of nursing services becomes optimal. Suggestions for the government to pay attention to nurses' welfare to achieve an optimal health degree from nurses who are prosperous and dignified.

Menurut WHO (2019) sekitar 450 juta orang di dunia mengalami gangguan mental dan perilaku. di Indonesia sendiri mencapai 296.876 orang dengan angka kejadian stres kerja perawat cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pegaruh terapi murottal Al-Quran terhadap tingkat stres kerja pada perawat diruang inap RSUD Tenriawaru Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen design. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan One Group Pretest Posttest design.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan terapi murottal Al-Quran terjadi penurunan tingkat stres kerja pada perawat (p-value=0,000) dalam penuruan tingkat stres kerja pada perawat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh terapi murottal Al-Quran terhadap penuruan tingkat stres kerja pada perawat di ruang inap RSUD Tenriawaru Kabupaten Bone. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini, peneliti menyarankan pihak RSUD Tenriawaru Kabupaten Bone melakukan sosialisasi tentang cara mengelola stres menerapkan nilai spiritual dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar terhindar dari stres kerja.

Introduction: TIn the 3rd SDGs target is “Ensure Healthy and Promote Wellbeing for all ages", it is hoped that the workforce is not only free from illness but also free from psychological disorders, one of which is job stress. Job stress is a negative impact of a job, especially in dealing with situation and demand that exceed the worker’s ability to cope. Job stress arises because knowledge of workers problem solving not fit with job demand at organization or company. Job stress can degrade workers ability to solve problem. The worker's ability to cope with job stress is not same. Job stress may occur in construction workers whose jobs are monotonous. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect job stress in construction workers. Internal factors include exercise habit and social support. External factors include job demand, work period, and non-work activities. Method: This was observational study which approach by cross-sectional in a construction company. The sample of this study was 55 workers. This study used National Institute Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Generic Job Stress Questionnaire instrument. The variables in this study were internal factors: exercise habit and social support. External factors: job demand, work period and non-work activities. The data were analyzed statistically with the Ordinal Regression Test. Results: Internal factor that have a significant effect was exercise habit variable (p=0.014). External factor that have a significant effect was job demand (p=0.045). Conclusion: Exercise habit can affect the ability of workers to deal job stress.
