The International Labor Organization (ILO) estimates that 2.78 million workers die each year. The causes of death of 2.4 million are caused by occupational diseases, one of which comes from the manufacturing industry, where air pollution is one of the impacts of work activities. Diseases from air pollution, namely respiratory disorders such as acute respiratory infections (ARI). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between compliance with the use of PPE with the incidence of ARI at PT. Alba Unggul Metal. This research method uses analytical observation with as many as 33 workers from the welding and painting departments as respondents. Analysis of the research data using the Spearman. The results of this study revealed that 57.6% of respondents were categorized as non-compliant with using PPE during work. Respondents of 69.7% were categorized as having experienced ARI. In addition, 51.5% of respondents do not comply with using PPE and have experienced ARI with the Spearman showing that the correlation coefficient is −0.501 with a significant number of 0.003. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between compliance with the use of PPE with the incidence of ARI at PT. Alba Unggul Metal.

Abstract. The incidence of obesity is increasing every year. This can be caused by excessive food intake and lack of physical activity. To do physical activity requires readiness to do so. Readiness to engage in physical activity can be affected by poor mobility and health. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and body fat percentage with the level and readiness of physical activity in FK UNISBA students. The research respondent collection technique uses probability sampling which is disproportionate purposive sampling. Respondents in this study met the inclusion criteria for 2019, 2020, 2021 FK UNISBA students, healthy conditions, willing to fill informed consent and exclusion criteria, having chronic diseases, and incomplete questionnaire data. The variables measured were height and weight to determine BMI, body fat percentage, level of physical activity based on IPAQ questionnaire, and readiness for physical activity based on the PAR-Q questionnaire. The test used in this study is Spearman's correlation test. Results showed significant relationship between BMI and the level of physical activity or between the percentage of body fat and the level of physical activity (both P <0.01, r=-0.204, r=-0.197). However, there was no significant relationship between BMI or body fat percentage and readiness for physical activity (P=0.12 and P=0.82). These results, it can be concluded that the higher the BMI and body fat percentage, the lower the level of physical activity. Students are expected to be able to maintain their weight at an optimal state and continue to increase physical activity. Abstrak. Kejadian obesitas meningkat setiap tahunnya. Hal ini bisa disebabkan asupan makanan yang berlebihan dan kurangnya aktivitas fisik. Untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik diperlukan kesiapan untuk melakukannya. Kesiapan untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik dapat dipengaruhi oleh mobilitas dan kesehatan yang buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan persentase lemak tubuh dengan tingkat dan kesiapan aktivitas fisik pada mahasiswa FK UNISBA. Teknik pengambilan responden penelitian menggunakan probability sampling yang disproportionate purposive sampling. Responden pada penelitian ini memenuhi kriteria inklusi mahasiswa FK UNISBA 2019,2020,2021, kondisi sehat, bersedia mengisi Iinformed consent dan kriteria ekslusi memiliki penyakit kronis, data kuisioner tidak lengkap. Variabel yang diukur adalah tinggi badan dan berat badan untuk menentukan IMT, persentase lemak tubuh, tingkat aktivitas fisik berdasarkan kuesioner IPAQ, dan kesiapan aktivitas fisik berdasarkan kuesioner PAR-Q. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi Spearman’s. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara IMT dengan tingkat aktivitas fisik ataupun antara persentase lemak tubuh dengan tingkat aktivitas fisik (keduanya P < 0.01, r=-0.204, r=-0.197). Namun, tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara IMT ataupun persentase lemak tubuh dengan kesiapan aktivitas fisik (P=0,12 dan P=0.82). Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi IMT dan persentase lemak tubuh maka semakin rendah tingkat aktivitas fisiknya. Mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menjaga berat badannya pada keadaan optimal dan terus meningkatkan aktivitas fisiknya.

During COVID-19 pandemic era, the diets and physical activities of adolescents tended to change. The changes of the diets and physical activities were due to limited activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diet and physical activities with adolescents' nutritional status in COVID-19 pandemic era. This study was conducted at the Laboratory High School, State University of Malang. This study was a analytical correlational study with a cross sectional design approach. The samples of this study were 171 students. The sampling technique was a purposive sampling. The measurement of the diets used the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) to determine the kind of food that was often consumed by respondents and 24-h Food Recall was carried out to represent weekday and weekend food intake. The measurement of the physical activities used International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) short version. The measurement of adolescents' nutritional status used IMT/U and percent fat. The results of Spearman's Rho p-value = 0,000, that there is a significant correlation between diet (energy, carbohydrates, protein, fat) intake and physical activities with adolescents nutritional status (IMT/U and percent fat) during the COVID-19 pandemic at the
