Abstract:Latar belakang:Postoperative cognitive dysfunction atau POCD adalah gangguan fungsi kognitif akibat inflamasi pasca prosedur pembedahan. Angka kejadian POCD pasca pembedahan kardiak lebih tinggi dibandingkan pembedahan non-kardiak. POCD diduga diakibatkan oleh respons inflamasi sistemik.
