Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by an arbovirus that enters the human body through the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is characterized by symptoms, headache; reddish skin that looks like measles; and muscle and joint pain. The spread of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) globally has tended to be higher in the last 50 years, thus giving rise to ideas for systematic prevention. Many factors cause this dengue fever, climate factors, weather, residential density, and other factors. The Epidemiological Model of DHF can provide a pattern of prevention against dengue outbreaks so that this problem can be modeled mathematically and through the stability of the equilibrium point, the dynamics or behavior of the model can be determined. The spread of DHF can be suppressed by providing control in the form of vaccines, eradication with insecticides and treatment. This review article aims to provide a systematic description of the causative factors, a mathematical model of DHF with an epidemiological approach. To get the right model related to the SIR epidemiological mathematical model and its modifications which can be an alternative solution to describe and analyze the model mathematically. The methodology used is to systematically search for journals and articles from August 2021 to April 2022. This is done by accessing electronic journal portals such as: Elsevier, Springer, ResearchGate, google scholar, Scient direct and so on. Other references also use national journals and information on the Ministry of Health's website. The results of a review of factors that cause dengue fever are physical environmental factors that have a significant influence on rainfall and air temperature. Mathematical models with Optimal Control can be used as an alternative to mathematical analysis which is expected to help solutions to reduce the spread of dengue fever. The recommendation given is to investigate the disease-causing factors from the chemical aspect related to the chemical effect in water that influences the growth of mosquito larvae in water which can indirectly affect DHF disease and involves these parameters in mathematical models and optimal control.

Diare adalah suatu penyakit adanya tanda-tanda perubahan bentuk dan konsisten dari tinja yang melembek sampai mencair dan bertambahnya frekuensi BAB lebih dari biasanya 3 kali atau lebih dari 1 kali, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kondisi sanitasi lingkungan dengan penyakit diare di Kelurahan Sidoarjo Kecamatan Baolan Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan secara Cross Sectional Study di mana variabel dependent dan variabel independent di kumpulkan dalam waktu bersamaan.Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 1700 jumlah Kepala keluarga dengan sampel 94 responden di Kelurahan Sidoarjo Kecamatan Baolan Kabupaten Tolitoli.Analisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di simpulkan bahwa ada hubungan kondisi fisik air bersih(p=0,02p<0,05) dan kepemilikan tempat sampah (p=0,027p<0,05) Saluran pembuangan air limbah (p=0,018<0,05) Kepemilikan Jamban (p=0,032p<0,05 dengan penyakit diare di Kelurahan Sidoarjo Kecamatan Baolan Kabupaten Tolitoli. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan informasi dan bahan masukan di Kelurahan Sidoarjo Kecamatan Baolan Kabupaten Tolitoli.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever cases in Indonesia often occur in cities and villages. Every year hundreds to thousands of people must be hospitalized due to this disease. There are several factors of the physical environment that directly or indirectly influence the transmission of this disease. Such as rainfall, air temperature, and humidity. In addition to the physical environment there are several other factors that can increase the occurrence of dengue cases, namely population density and the level of larvae free in an area. For this reason, we conducted a study of the above factors and their contribution in the addition of dengue cases that occurred in Indonesia in 2015 using secondary data. The purpose of this study is to identify and make a BDB iricident rate model related to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, population density, and the amount of rainfall on the number of cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Indonesia in 2015. The method used is the Geographically Weighted Regression method. (GWR). In the GWR model the parameter estimation uses Weighted Least Square (WLS) by weighting the gaussian kernel function. The results of the study concluded that modeling with GWR was better than linear regression and the variables were significantly different in each region.
