Hubungan Antara Kepribadian (Big Five Personality Model) Dengan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract: ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kepribadian dan kinerja karyawan. Kepribadian yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah model kepribadian Big Five Personality yang terdiri dari dimensi extraversion, openess, conscientiousness, neuroticism, dan agreeableness. Sedangkan kinerja yang dimaksud adalah performansi/hasil kerja dari karyawan.
