Academic anxiety is an anxious response that arises due to a maladaptive mindset in doing academic assignments. Academic anxiety in adolescence that is not handled properly can interfere with students in the academic field and everyday life. Thus, interventions are needed to help students overcome their anxiety problems. This study aims to see the effectiveness of individual intervention programs with the CBT approach in dealing with academic anxiety in adolescent students. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a single-subject design. The subject is a 14-year-old female student. Data collection in the study was carried out using observation and interview methods, with research instruments in the form of observation guidelines. Measuring tools used are the Coping Questionnaire-Child and The Subjective Units of Distress/Discomfort Scale to measure the subject's perception of his ability to overcome anxiety and assess the level of anxiety experienced. Data were analyzed using visual inspection drawn from graphs. The results showed that individual intervention programs using the CBT approach effectively increased the ability of subjects with academic anxiety to overcome their anxiety.

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak pada aspek pendidikan, menjadi tantangan baru bagi mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi hingga mengalami kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan keluarga dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di masa pandemi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi yang berjumlah 342 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala efikasi diri, skala dukungan keluarga, dan subskala kecemasan dalam skala DASS 42. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis uji Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan keluarga dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa UMS yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di masa pandemi yang ditunjukkan dengan F= 53,358 dan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,01). Terdapat hubungan negatif sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa UMS yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di masa pandemi (r) =-0,455 dan sig. 0,000 (p<0,01), hubungan negatif sangat signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa UMS yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di masa pandemi (r) =-0,415 dan sig. 0,000 (p<0,01). Sumbangan efektifvariabel efikasi diri dan variabel dukungan keluarga sebesar 23,9% dan sebesar 76,1 % disumbangkan oleh faktor lain. Kategorisasi hasil penelitian menunjukkan mahasiswa UMS memiliki efikasi diri pada kategori tinggi, dukungan keluarga pada kategori tinggi, dan kecemasan pada kategori rendah. Secara umum mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi dan dukungan keluarga yang besar sehingga kecemasan yang dimiliki rendah.

The COVID-19 pandemic had several negative impacts, including delaying the thesis completion, which has increased compared to before the pandemic. This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and academic procrastination in students working on their thesis during the pandemic. There were 161 participants, and the purposive sampling technique was used. Furthermore, this study used a quantitative design with a correlational method. The hypothesis proposed a significant negative relationship between these students' social support and academic procrastination. Furthermore, the Tuckman Procrastination Scale and the Interpersonal Support Evaluation List were employed. Also, the data analysis was conducted using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 24 for Windows. Before testing the hypothesis, several statistical tests were carried out, such as the assumption test, which included the normality and linearity test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between social support and academic procrastination in the students, and the correlation coefficient value obtained wasr = -0.380 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This indicates that the higher the level of social support obtained by students, the lower the academic procrastination behavior carried out, and vice versa. Therefore, the hypothesis in this study is accepted.
