HRM Papers Based on the Various Approaches: An Analysis on the Change and Development of the Field Between the Years 1994-2017

Abstract: Bu çalışmada, Ulusal Yönetim ve Organizasyon Kongresi'nde 25 yıldan günümüze kadar sunulan İKY alanındaki bildiriler çeşitli İKY yaklaşımları açısından içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda bildiriler, İKY literatüründe yer alan "Katı İKY", "Yumuşak İKY", "Stratejik İKY", "Kurumsal Teori Açısından İKY", "Uluslararası İKY" ve "Eleştirel İKY" yaklaşımları açısından sınıflandırılarak, ele alınmıştır.
