There is an abundance of literature highlighting the need to focus on enhancing students’ creativity in the classroom. This research aimed to determine the impact of the Mathematical Creative Approach (MCA) on mathematical creativity and mathematics achievement among students and to explore the relationship between mathematical creativity and achievement in mathematics. A quasi-experimental research design was employed for the study that included a total of 64 Form Four students from schools in Kuala Lumpur; 32 students in the intervention group and 32 students in the comparison group. The findings showed that those participants who were exposed to MCA reported significant positive changes in both outcome variables (mathematical creativity and mathematics achievement) as compared with those from the control group. Based on the results, there was also a high correlation between mathematical creativity and mathematics achievement. The research revealed that MCA has enormous capabilities to promote creativity; hence it should be integrated into pedagogical approaches to foster higher-quality learning among students. Additionally, the research results may serve as a guide for educators in Higher Learning institutions to design innovative curriculum for pre-service mathematics teachers, especially those being trained to integrate creativity and character development into student learning. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in self-efficacy between MTs male and female students in Mathematics. This research is a quantitative study to determine the level of self-efficacy in 108 male students and 118 female students of class VIII MTs An-Nur Bululawang, using a self-efficacy questionnaire consisting of reasoned statement items with a reliability value of 0.844. The analysis showed that the average self-efficacy in mathematics learning for male students was 92.77 and for female 90.27 of the maximum value of 120, was in the high category. This shows that most male and female students have great confidence in solving mathematical problems. Therefore, it can be said that there is no significant difference in mathematical self-efficacy between male and female students.

Kreativiti merupakan suatu proses yang berlaku tanpa manusia sedari dan bersifat secara semula jadi dan boleh dipelajari. Kajian sistematik ini dijalankan bagi menganalisis secara kritikal dan sintesis trend pendidikan dan kaedah yang digunakan dalam kajian untuk memupuk kreativiti matematik dalam pendidikan matematik. Dua pangkalan data iaitu SCOPUS dan Education Resources Information Center (ERIC) digunakan untuk mencari artikel dari tahun 2016-2020. Kajian ini menggunakan Model PRISMA. Sebanyak 684 artikel yang menggunakan kata kunci kreativiti dan matematik telah dijumpai namun hanya 20 sahaja artikel dikenal pasti yang memenuhi syarat dan diterima dalam kajian ini. Terdapat dua persoalan kajian dalam kajian ini iaitu meninjau trend kajian kreativiti matematik dalam pendidikan dan penggunaan kaedah untuk memupuk kreativiti matematik dalam pendidikan. Dapatan analisis menunjukkan bahawa kajian-kajian pemupukan kreativiti matematik dalam pembelajaran matematik berfokus pada pelajar antara kelima-lima tahun tersebut. Manakala kaedah penggunaan pendekatan dan pengajaran guru adalah kerap digunakan sebagai sasaran untuk memupuk kreativiti matematik pelajar. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan pemupukan kreativiti matematik adalah membawa kesan dan impak yang positif dalam pendidikan. Walau bagaimanapun, jumlah kajian yang berfokus kepada pemupukan kreativiti matematik dalam pendidikan Malaysia masih dikirakan sedikit. Justeru diharapkan agar kajian lanjutan dalam bidang ini boleh diperbanyakkan lagi dalam konteks pendidikan matematik pada masa akan datang.
