Sustainable energy sources, such as wind energy, are pivotal in driving our energy landscape towards a more environmentally conscious and responsible future. Wind power, as an exemplar of clean and renewable energy solutions, adeptly harnesses the kinetic energy of the wind to generate electricity. While wind energy significantly contributes to our sustainability objectives, the quality of the energy it produces is equally essential. A critical challenge in this context is harmonic distortion, which manifests as unwanted fluctuations in the frequency and amplitude of electrical waveforms. Effectively mitigating these distortions within wind energy systems is vital to maintaining the stability and reliability of power grids, guaranteeing that the electricity supplied adheres to high-quality standards. The objective of this study was to conduct a technological prospection focused on the contemporary scenario of genetic algorithm applications in addressing harmonic variations. This investigation unearthed a total of 634 relevant documents. The findings suggest that the utilization of genetic algorithms for enhancing energy quality is a relatively recent but promising field. The State Grid Corp of China emerged as the principal contributor, with ten noteworthy inventors identified. Remarkably, both China and the United States lead in patent filings. The insights gleaned from these documents underscore the potential for further exploration and the synergistic application of these techniques. These collaborative efforts have the potential to yield processes and devices that offer significant economic and environmental advantages for the energy industry, solidifying our commitment to a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.

INTRODUCTION: The field of mechanical engineering technology is an emerging technical field with many research directions, and there are many directions of intersection with other disciplines, among which the field of mechanical engineering has outstanding research advantages. With the continuous development of mechanical engineering technology, the research direction of mechanical engineering applied to the field of mechanical engineering is also continuously enriched and developed. Mechanical engineering research focuses on realizing the monitoring and control of the dynamic performance of mechanical systems, as well as realizing the integration of design and system control. OBJECTIVES: In order to improve the disassembly efficiency, reduce the disassembly cost and disassembly energy consumption, it is optimized using social engineering methods to achieve better results and reduce the disassembly cost and energy consumption. METHODS: Aiming at the drive and anti-skid control strategy of four-wheel hub motor, it was simulated using improved social engineering algorithms, and based on this, three road recognition algorithms were selected for low, medium, and high adhesion road verification. RESULTS: Through the study of automobile anti-skid control system, the basic structure of automobile anti-skid control system is summarized and some solution measures are proposed. A new type of drive anti-skid control system is proposed for the problems of high vibration and noise of automobile brake. The drive anti-slip control system is characterized by simple structure, easy maintenance, simple control and reliable operation, and high operation efficiency. CONCLUSION: This study shows that the system not only has excellent drive anti-slip effect, but also has good control performance. In addition, this drive anti-slip system is able to ensure the safe and reliable operation of mechanical brakes in various harsh environments. This new drive anti-slip control system is a new type of drive device that can be widely used for driving force on various mechanical brakes and drive wheels, and the study of this device is of great significance.

How Does the World View China’s Carbon Policy? A Sentiment Analysis on Twitter Data

China has recently put forth an ambitious plan to achieve carbon peak around 2030 and carbon neutrality around 2060. However, there are quite a few differences regarding the public views about China’s carbon policy between the Chinese people and the people from other countries, especially concerning the doubt of foreign people about the fidelity of China’s carbon policy goals. Based on Twitter data related to China’s carbon policy topics from 2008 to 2020, this study shows the inter- and intra-annual trends in the count of tweets about China’s carbon policy, conducts sentiment analysis, extracts top frequency words from different attitudes, and analyzes the impact of China’s official Twitter accounts on the global view of China’s carbon policy. Our results show: (1) the global attention to China’s carbon policy gradually rises and occasionally rises suddenly due to important carbon events; (2) the proportion of Twitter users with negative sentiment about China’s carbon policy has increased rapidly and has exceeded the proportion of Twitter users with positive sentiment since 2019; (3) people in developing countries hold more positive or neutral attitudes towards China’s carbon policy, while developed countries hold more negative attitudes; (4) China’s official Twitter accounts serve to improve the global views on China’s carbon policy.
