Recent studies have confirmed that the third cause of death is medical errors, as many patients around the world suffer from poor health care. Many medical errors are caused by taking the wrong medication, expired medication, taking damaged medication, and taking medication with foods and drinks that are incompatible with the medication. The Internet of Things (IoT) technology has been used in healthcare applications to solve healthcare problems and medical errors for the elderly and people who need special medical care. A smart drug store was established using embedded systems to control the physical factors that affect the drug and contribute to the health care system. On all smartphone operating systems and computer operating systems and supports real-time communication with all work parts based on Internet of Things technology. The efficacy of action was proven by using 12 drugs that differ from each other in properties and obtained results of enhancing dose adherence (96.45%), adherence time (96.18%), and expiration (97.81%) through temperature control and alerting all necessary information for health care. A smart pharmacy protects medication from spoilage by controlling temperature and humidity, providing needed schedules for better healthcare, sending needed alerts, sending warnings about drug expiration or drug running out, and sending notifications to three pharmacies to provide the elderly with necessary information drugs. The product can be used in various workplaces, homes, businesses, and military units. The research was practically applied and the research proved successful through the results that will be displayed.

ENGLISHPati regency frequently experiences natural disasters resulting in economic losses and environmental destruction. The recent advancements in information and communication technology, in particular smartphones, can be utilized effectively reducing disaster risk. SIDINA is an android-based smartphone application to mitigate both natural and man-made disasters. The aim of this study is to investigate public acceptance toward the use of an android-based application for disaster management through a technology acceptance model. It is essential to understand public acceptance to ensure that the app is truly useful and can be implemented successfully in disasters since using apps in disaster is still a novel idea. A cross-sectional survey is conducted by distributing questionnaires to village apparatus in 30 villages in Pati regency that are highly vulnerable to flooding. The result shows that the level of public acceptance is fair, as proven by the average score of the respondents’ response of 63.02%. The study finds that the respondents find it difficult to operate SIDINA app and it reduces their intention to use the app. It is important for app developers to improve immediately the app and make SIDINA as a user-friendly app. INDONESIABencana alam sering terjadi di Kabupaten Pati menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi dan kerusakan lingkungan. Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi khususnya telepon pintar (smartphone) dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif untuk mengurangi rrisiko bencana. SIDINA merupakan aplikasi kebencanaan yang dijalankan pada smartphone android yang dapat digunakan untuk keperluan mitigasi bencana baik bencana alam maupun bencana akibat ulah manusia. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerimaan masyarakat terhadap penggunaan aplikasi bencana SIDINA dengan menggunakan technology acceptance model (TAM). Sangat penting untuk mengetahui penerimaan publik untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi tersebut benar-benar berguna dan dapat diimplementasikan dengan sukses dalam bencana karena menggunakan aplikasi dalam bencana masih merupakan ide baru. Cross-sectional survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada perangkat desa di 30 desa rawan banjir di Kabupaten Pati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan masyarakat pada kategori cukup, terbukti dengan rata-rata skor tanggapan responden sebesar 63,02%. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa responden merasa kesulitan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi SIDINA dan hal tersebut mengurangi niat mereka untuk menggunakan aplikasi SIDINA. Penting bagi pengembang aplikasi untuk segera memperbaiki aplikasi dan menjadikan SIDINA sebagai aplikasi yang mudah digunakan.

Many researchers went to solve healthcare problems using IOT technology, and we mention them as the closest to this study. Elie et al. the researcher's study relied on isolated areas with few pharmacies, forcing some to stand for a long time to get the medicine. The researcher suggested relying on IoT technology to search for medicine in the pharmacy and keep the medicine from spoiling by using sensors that maintain the pharmacy temperature [14]. Thierry et al. this study is based on finding solutions for healthcare systems in sub-Saharan Africa that face a shortage of medicines. This study uses smart medicine that adopts Internet of Things technology in the drug supply monitoring system and drug delivery at specified times to increase adherence to treatment times [17]. Juliaet al. this study suggested using IoT technology to obtain a healthy and safe environment. The study relies on sensors that send data, and health data is sent and processed according to IoT technology, according to standard definitions [18]. Sivakumar et al. this study deals with the problem of patients waiting for long periods in the pharmacy to obtain the drug. The study aimed to solve the problem by creating an embedded system that distributes medicines automatica lly to reduce time and human errors [19].
