The purpose of this research is to study the factors related to the performance of the entrepreneurs who passed through the stages of business development at the university business incubators in Thailand. These factors consist of various characteristics, namely, leadership orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, network capacity, and innovative capacity. The sample group consisted of 220 businesses that had passed through a university business incubator in Thailand. The SPSS Statistics program calculated the basic statistics, as well as the relationship test for each factor studied, and examined the statistics using a structural equation model (SEM). The results revealed that the characteristics of leadership orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, network capacity, innovative capacity, and entrepreneurial performance had relationships in the same direction. Furthermore, an analysis of the relationships between the factors found that entrepreneurial orientation had positive relationships with network capacity and innovative capacity, leadership orientation had positive relationships with innovative capacity and entrepreneurial performance, and innovative capacity had a positive relationship with entrepreneurial performance. These relationships summarize a developmental model for the innovative capacity and performance of businesses that have passed through the university business incubators in Thailand.

The involvement of firms in innovation cooperation with different partners has become a widespread phenomenon in the contemporary business landscape. Our paper provides a review of extant alliance, innovation, open innovation and inter-firm collaboration literature and organizes it based on a conceptual framework featuring three levels of analysis: (a) the dyadic level, (b) the network level, and (c) the location level. The article identifies roadmaps in each of these areas and also highlights existing gaps in the present understanding of innovation cooperation. Thereby, it outlines a research agenda by identifying key research questions and issues in the areas where further research is needed and encouraged.Sustainability 2018, 10, 4517 3 of 32 changes that create the economic space of a given country [29] In this space, which Freeman called the National Innovation System, there are more or less formalized networks of cooperating companies and institutions. Indeed, as Fomina et al. [30] argue, the stability of economic development is determined by the features of the network structure in a collaborative engagement of enterprises. Therefore, it is legitimate to explore whether and how the location of companies and other institutions influence their cooperation for the development of innovation, and the performance outcomes thereof.Economic geography has developed the concept of proximity to explain the formation of networks and clusters of innovative companies in industrial districts [31,32]. The different dimensions of proximity may explain some of the positive externalities, such as knowledge creation and transfer, as well as innovation, which are generated by companies that are co-located [33]. According to Boschma [34], proximity implies similarity between actors and organizations, including both a geographical or spatial dimension and other non-spatial dimensions. Knoben and Oerlemans [35] note that "the concept of proximity has been used in many different ways in the literature, this including different measures and definitions".Boschma [34] identifies five types of proximity:

Становление инновационной экономики носит глобальный характер и сопровождается ростом численности инновационно-ориентированных объектов не только в отдельно взятой стране или группе развитых стран, но их пространственным расширением по всему миру при одновременном формировании глобального инновационного пространства на базе меж-и наднационального инновационного процесса. Под влиянием объективных процессов инноватизации и глобализации инновационной сферы кардинально меняется роль высшей школы, которая становится одним из субъектов создания и продвижения инноваций в глобальном масштабе. Исследованию высшей школы как субъекта мирового инновационного пространства посвящена данная статья. В статье рассматриваются проблемы интеграции высшей школы в мировое инновационное пространство. Целью исследования является выявление предпосылок, обусловливающих формирование субъектности высшей школы в качестве одного из участников глобальных инновационных отношений, а также описание основных признаков интеграции высшей школы в мировое инновационное пространство. В качестве методологии исследования использованы положения системного подхода, позволяющие рассматривать интеграцию высшей школы в мировое инновационное пространство в виде сложной модели, в которой система высшей школы является частью системы более высокого порядка, а именно системы мирового инновационного пространства. Это позволило выделить совокупность исходных условий, или предпосылок интеграции, являющихся причиной возникновения результирующих признаков интеграции. Особое внимание уделено анализу международной инновационной деятельности некоторых ведущих университетов мира, которые в определенной степени можно было бы охарактеризовать как вузы, интегрированные в мировое инновационное пространство. Результатом работы стала структуризация предпосылок и признаков интеграции высшей школы в мировое инновационное пространство, позволяющая расширить научную базу практической деятельности отечественных вузов, направленной на формирование конкурентных преимуществ в сфере глобальных инноваций, а также на решение актуальной задачи создания в России университетов мирового уровня.Ключевые слова: инноватизация высшей школы; интеграционные процессы в мировом инновационном пространстве; признаки субъектности высшей школы в мировом инновационном пространстве.
