This article presents findings of a study that aimed to identify key factors in the adoption of e-commerce. The study involved a bibliometric analysis of statistical information from 408 scientific publications related to the theme, registered in the Scopus database, through a structured search equation. The collected records were used to calculate bibliometric indicators of quantity, quality and structure. Additionally, an analysis of increasing, decreasing, and emerging thematics was carried out to identify the topics of greatest interest on this subject. Findings indicate that this is a prolific research field, in which the fastest growing topic is the study of e-commerce adoption in small and medium sized enterprises in emerging economies. The analysis also revealed the current use of new models to evaluate adoption factors. That is the case of the Technology Organization Environment Framework used as an alternative to the Technology Acceptance Model--which remains the most widely used. Likewise, Structural Equation Analysis was found to be one of the most frequently used options for statistical analysis in the publications studied. A research agenda intending to contribute with directions for further research in the area is presented at the end of the article. from previous studies, and allowing the construction of better research designs that could focus on the issue with greater theoretical end empirical validity.The paper is structured as follows: Drawing on the work of various authors, the first section presents a conceptual framework that elaborates on the most important concepts related to electronic commerce, points out some milestones in its historical development, highlights its importance, and exposes the factors that promote or inhibit its adoption. In a second section, the methodology used for bibliometric analysis is described. In a third section, the obtained results are laid out along with their interpretation. Finally, conclusions and limitations of the study are presented followed by a research agenda. Conceptual BackgroundThis section presents the conceptual framework that supports the bibliometric analysis used in the research methodology. This framework introduces the conceptualization of e-commerce, presents some milestones of development, and highlights its importance in strengthening supplier-customer relations in today's organizations.Electronic commerce has been defined as a useful tool to reduce the economic gap between countries [149] and as a channel to deliver products and services through the Internet. How Environmental Uncertainty Moderates the Effect of Relative Advantage and Perceived Credibility on the Adoption of Mobile Health Services by Chinese Organizations in the Big Data Era

Despite the importance of adoption of mobile health services by an organization on the diffusion of mobile technology in the big data era, it has received minimal attention in literature. This study investigates how relative advantage and perceived credibility affect an organization's adoption of mobile health services, as well as how environmental uncertainty changes the relationship of relative advantage and perceived credibility with adoption. A research model that integrates relative advantage, perceived credibility, environmental uncertainty, and an organization's intention to use mobile health service is developed. Quantitative data are collected from senior managers and information systems managers in 320 Chinese healthcare organizations. The empirical findings show that while relative advantage and perceived credibility both have positive effects on an organization's intention to use mobile health services, relative advantage plays a more important role than perceived credibility. Moreover, environmental uncertainty positively moderates the effect of relative advantage on an organization's adoption of mobile health services. Thus, mobile health services in environments characterized with high levels of uncertainty are more likely to be adopted because of relative advantage than in environments with low levels of uncertainty.

Научно-технический вестник информационных технологий, механики и оптики, АннотацияПредмет исследования. Представлена математическая модель расчета оценки информационных рисков, возникаю-щих при транспортировке и распределении материальных ресурсов в условиях неопределенности. При этом под ин-формационными рисками подразумевается опасность возникновения убытков или ущерба в результате применения компанией информационных технологий. Метод. Решение проблемы базируется на идеологии решения транспортной задачи в стохастической постановке с привлечением методов теории математического моделирования, теории графов, теории вероятностей, марковских цепей. Построение математической модели происходит в несколько этапов. На начальном этапе, на основе получен-ной от информационно-логистической системы информации, вычисляется пропускная способность на разных участ-ках в зависимости от времени, формируется весовая матрица и строится орграф. Далее при помощи алгоритма Дейк-стры происходит поиск минимального маршрута, который охватывает все заданные вершины. На втором этапе, ис-пользуя информацию о рассчитанном маршруте, составляются системы дифференциальных уравнений Колмогорова. Полученные решения показывают вероятности нахождения ресурсов в конкретной вершине в зависимости от време-ни. На третьем этапе, на базе теоремы умножения вероятностей, рассчитывается общая вероятность прохождения всего маршрута в зависимости от времени. Информационный риск как функция от времени определяется умножени-ем максимально возможного ущерба на общую вероятность прохождения всего маршрута. В этом случае информа-ционный риск измеряется в единицах ущерба, который выражается той денежной единицей, которой оперирует ин-формационно-логистическая система. Основные результаты. Работоспособность представленной математической модели показана на конкретном приме-ре транспортировки материальных ресурсов, где заданы места отгрузки и доставки, маршруты и их пропускная спо-собность, максимально возможный ущерб и допустимый риск. Расчеты, представленные на графике, показали, что при заданных условиях риск становится ниже допустимого, если требуемое время транспортировки материальных ресурсов, установленное заказчиком, больше 50 мин. Этот расчет предоставляет лицу, принимающему решение, до-полнительную информацию для принятия или отказа коммерческого предложения о транспортировке материальных ресурсов в заданные пункты. Практическая значимость. Результаты работы могут найти применение в действующих информационно-логистических системах для расчета информационных рисков, возникающих при транспортировке или распределе-нии материальных ресурсов. Это повысит конкурентоспособность логистических компаний, действующих в услови-ях современных рыночных отношений.
