How does employee commitment impact customers' attitudinal loyalty?

Abstract: PurposeStudies in hospitality and tourism have seldom investigated the role of employee commitment to building customers' attitudinal loyalty. This study examines the impact of employee commitment on customers' attitude-based loyalty.
