In this cutting-edge research era, silver nanoparticles impose a substantial impact because of their wide applicability in the field of engineering, science, and industry. Regarding the vast applications of silver nanoparticles, in this study, the crystallographic characteristics and nanostructures of silver nanoparticles extracted from natural resources have been studied. First, biosynthetic silver nanoparticles were synthesized using the Pathor Kuchi leaf (PKL) extract as a mediator, and their crystal structures and characteristics were analyzed by UV–visible absorption spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis. The average crystallite size of the synthesized silver nanoparticle was determined to be 20.26 nm, and also the lattice strain, intrinsic stress, and dislocation density were measured to be 2.19 × 10–3, 0.08235 GPa, and 3.062045 × 10–3/nm2, respectively. Further, the prepared sample of silver nanoparticles shows four peaks in the X-ray diffraction pattern, which correspond to the (111), (200), (220), and (311) face-centered cubic (FCC) crystalline planes. The outstanding finding of this work was that when the lattice parameters of the precursor were increased, the volume of the material did not considerably change, but the particle size decreased. Second, it was clearly demonstrated that this straightforward method is a clean, cost-effective, environmentally sustainable, nontoxic, and efficient route for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) using PKL leaf at ambient temperature, which also satisfies the green chemistry requirements. Finally, this study demonstrates the scope for the production of silver nanoparticles using low-cost natural resources.

Traditional medicines are ingredients or ingredients in the form of plant ingredients, animal ingredients, mineral ingredients, galenic preparations, or mixtures of these materials, which have been used for generations for treatment and can be applied according to the norms in force in society. Bottle shark (Centrophorus atromarginatus) has good prospects as a producer of liver oil; this fish is easy to catch and occurs in relatively large quantities in Indonesian waters. The catch rate until now is only 39% of its sustainable potential. Bottled shark liver oil contains 90% squalene, Vitamin A, and Omega, which are very useful for the human body as a supplement for heart disease and stomach ulcers and increase stamina and brain intelligence. The rapid Development of technology certainly benefits the people who use it. One example of today's use of technology is applying a technology system for the fisheries sector. This tool works automatically to monitor the processing of bottled shark livers. That way, fishermen don't have to worry about cloudy weather or things that will take longer than processing the shark liver bottle. This Bottle Shark Liver Heater uses temperatures at 31˚, 32˚, 33˚, 34˚, and 35˚. With PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) control, the quality of the Bottle Shark liver can be maintained. This tool is supported by a DS18B20 temperature sensor, Arduino uno, Relay, Ceramic Heater element, DC Fan, LCD 16X12, Power Supply, and Switch. It is hoped that the community, with this automatic system device, can make it easier to manage Bottle Shark Liver Oil.

Electricity from PKL tree has been developed using PKL extract previously. In this work, electricity production has been developed using living PKL tree. It has been studied that an electrochemical cell has been developed using living PKL tree. The experimental data have been demonstrated in that way, hence this method is feasible and effective. Electricity has been conducted from PKL (Pathor Kuchi leaf) using PKL extract with positive and negative electrodes. Several research papers have been published on it in the recognized journal at home and abroad. This research work has expressed the electricity generation from living PKL tree. It can be found that due to the difference of the pH between the soil and the living PKL tree, electricity can be produced. The performance of this electricity has been studied. This work has been developed by authors, which produced electricity from living PKL tree without damaging the PKL plants. The unused suitable land areas such as hilly areas, forest areas, and coastal areas, those could supply clean power for remote communities all over the world.
