“…The high-resolution Co 2p XPS spectrum in Fig.3ccan also be divided into two pairs of peaks, corresponding to Co 2p 3/2 and Co 2p 1/2 , respectively. The peaks at 778.58 and 793.58 eV correspond to Co 3+ from Co-Se bonds, and the peaks at 786.28 and 802.58 eV are satellite peaks 21,22.
