The pivotal and most important technology point of the application of big data in modern network teaching is the establishment of teaching platform. Based on Hadoop big data technology, this paper establishes a big data platform designed by Chinese teaching institutions in colleges and universities. The teaching system not only realizes the diversified development of network teaching but also realizes the discovery of teaching platform users’ needs and the push of resources. In addition, it is found that a small number of people do not have a high understanding of the teaching mode of big data through extensive studies, which also shows that traditional teaching is still lagging behind in big data education. However, on the whole, the Chinese teaching model in universities based on the big data environment deserves further promotion and application in universities.

The scientific literature dealing with food security is vast and fragmented, making it difficult to understand the state of the art and potential development of scientific research on a central theme within sustainable development.The current article, starting from some milestone publications during the 1980s and 1990s about food poverty and good nutrition programmes, sets out the quantitative and qualitative aspects of a vast scientific production that could generate future food security research. It offers an overview of the topics that characterize the theoretical and empirical dimensions of food security, maps the state of the art, and highlights trends in publications’ ascending and descending themes. To this end the paper applies quantitative/qualitative methods to analyse more than 20,000 scientific articles published in Scopus between 2000 and 2020.Evidence suggests the need to find more robust links between micro studies on food safety and nutrition poverty and macro changes in food security, such as the impact of climate change on agricultural production and global food crises. However, the potential inherent in the extensive and multidisciplinary research on food safety encounters limitations, particularly the difficulty of theoretically and empirically connecting the global and regional dimensions of change (crisis) with meso (policy) and micro (individual behaviour) dimensions.

The aim of this study was to analyze the bibliometric characteristics of research works on public policy in Indonesia during the last ten years (2011-2021) by foreign and Indonesian authors. This study utilized Scopus database and retrieved 128 scientific publications from international authors focusing on public policy in Indonesia. The publications are examined based on several indicators including: publication trends, contribution of countries, journals, institutions, authors, top cited articles, and keyword analysis. The results show that during the last decade, there has been significant growth in the number of publications, with Indonesia as the country with the most published research works. Meanwhile, the influential institution affiliations publishing works about public policy in Indonesia are University of New South Wales, Australia and Vanderbilt University from the United States. Besides that, the top influential journal publishers are Development in Practices (UK) and Forest Policy and Economics (Netherlands). Based on the number of publications, Indonesian authors hold the top position, meanwhile, foreign authors were identified as the writers with the largest number of article citations. The most-cited article in public policy research in Indonesia focuses on education policy and published in International Journal of Educational Development. However, four of the top ten articles with the most citations are published in Forest Policy and Economics.
