HIV-specific cytotoxic T-cells in HIV-exposed but uninfected Gambian women

Abstract: A crucial requirement in the rational design of a prophylactic vaccine against the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is to establish whether or not protective immunity can occur following natural infection.
