Higher Education Quality Management in Virtual Space of a Regional Higher Educational Institution

In periods of socio-economic instability with the growth of protest social groups, intensifying migration processes, the questions of formation of legal culture of a personality are becoming critical. One of the main indicators of formation of legal culture in society, along with the dynamics of the legal offenses, is the inclination to deviant behavior. As social expectations are diverse and are often considered disputable, to define this or that action as deviant is not an easy task. Dynamism of mental activity of young people makes them equally pliable to socially positive as well as to socially negative deeds.This provision is confirmed by the results of sociological study of social deviations among young people held in 2016. The sociological study revealed the importance of the problem of social deviations among young people, allowed one to rank the main problems, to identify their views on the causes of social deviation and their attitudes towards this phenomenon. The study indicated factors that could reduce the social deviations of youth by the decision of problems of formation of legal culture of society.The article substantiates the increasing role of the state youth policy in the formation of legal culture of the individual in order to maintain social stability.

The notion of abilities in colleges and universities is undergoing a substantial transition, and the accompanying curricular view is also evolving in response to the demands of social and economic development. Students who are not English majors in college or university play a critical role in growing their knowledge of foreign languages, improving the quality of foreign languages, and fostering their capacity to use the language in real-world situations. As a result, one of the most important methods to assess the quality of a college's curriculum is to look at how well it teaches English. Consequently, how to evaluate collegiate English instruction has become a major concern. This research offers a neural network (NNs) for evaluating collegiate English education based on the BP network’s application principle. The main work is as follows: (1) based on the peculiarities of college English teaching assessment, the weights and thresholds of the BP network are tuned using the global optimization ability of the ant colony algorithm. (2) To improve optimization ability of ACO, an update of pheromone is realized by combining global as well as local methods. In formula of the global update pheromone, a function is added to adjust the information residual coefficient according to the distribution of the solution. The residual coefficient of the local pheromone is adjusted according to the way of the minimum error judgment. (3) Optimize the BP algorithm with the improved ant colony optimization (IACO), build the IACO-BP network, and comprehend the optimal selection of weights and thresholds. Optimized BP algorithm is applied to the English teaching evaluation.

Immersive technologies such as virtual reality has shown great potential in to enhance many important workflows the oil and gas industry. Immersive technologies have many natural advantages. These include enhanced spatial perception of 3D data, spatial user interfaces and interactions, the ability to provide collaboration space and incorporate analysis techniques. To take advantage of these technologies in the reservoir engineering domain, a visual analytics framework is established to demonstrate how these technologies may be used effectively. This framework allows a user to progress from geological modeling to reservoir simulation in an interactive and highly effective application. First, geological uncertainty analysis is conducted to screen representative realizations as candidates for simulation. Visualization and analysis of these representative realizations may then be performed in virtual reality using reservoir connectivity analysis of a tight oil reservoir. This application supports natural interactions, improved working space, and effective perception of underground connectivity. For this reason, it is more convenient and natural to work between a reservoir scale model and a set of candidate local realizations. This platform provides a basis for future data analysis methods and ways of interacting and visualizing data that support this analysis.
