“…An aliquot of the extracted DNA from each sample was used as a template for amplification. The V3-V4 hypervariable regions of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene were amplified with primers 338F (5'-ACTCCTACGGGAGGCAGCAG-3') and 806R (5'-GGACTACHVGGGTWTCTAAT-3') (Peng et al, 2017). The hypervariable regions of the fungal ITS1 gene were amplified with primers ITS1F (5'-CTTGGTCATTTAGAGGAAGTAA-3') and ITS2 (5'-GCTGCGTTCTTCATCGATGC-3') (White, 1990;Gardes et al, 1993).…”

“…Tu et al [18] have investigated bacterial community structure of rhizosphere soils of plants growing in Huixian karst wetland, have found that Proteobacteria was the first dominant babteria with the relative abundance of 42.4% among many dominant bacteria groups. Wang et al [19] have found that Proteobacteria (30.0% of total sequences) was the most abundance phylum in Poyang lake wetland, Jiangxi province, mainly including Alphaprotebacteria (with the value of 7.2%), Betaproteobacteria (with the value of 8.9%), Deltaproteobacteria (with the value of 10.5%) and Gammaproteobacteria (with the value of 2.8%). Our results showed that Proteobacteria was the first dominant bacteria with the relative abundance of 37.77-55.17% in rhizosphere soils of four dominant plants growing in riparian zone of Changtan reservoir, including Salix babylonica,Taxodium distichum, Pterocarya stenoptera and Miscanthus floridulus.…”

“…Class Betaproteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria and Detaproteobacteria have been reported to play an important role in contaminant removal and decomposition of organic matter. Jiang et al [19] have found the relative abundance of Detaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria were 19.60%, 6.30% and 5.70% , respectively, in Huixian karst wetland, Guangxi province, China. Our results revealed that the relative abundance of Gammaproteobacteria was the highest in rhizosphere soils of four dominant plants, with the value of 25.30-35.78%, followed by Detaproteobacteria, with the value of 8.70-15.74%, then followed by Betaproteobacteria, with the value of 3.32-7.10%.…”
