High-Precision Cavity Length Demodulation Method for Fiber-Optic Fabry–Perot Sensors Based on Dual Superluminescent Diodes

Abstract: A high-precision cross-correlation cavity length demodulation method for fiber-optic Fabry–Perot (F–P) sensors based on two different wavelength superluminescent diodes (SLDs) was proposed.
