The implications of the COVID-19 pandemic have jeopardized many corporations around the globe, especially those that were centered around what is considered to be a non-essential activity. The objective of this research is to discover what strategies the company in question applied successfully within its diverse areas, leading its system management to an overall positive outcome, despite having to adapt to 7 months of COVID-19. In order to achieve this, the company's data will be examined before the pandemic began to identify the processes within the main areas, where they could find their strengths and weaknesses. For the purpose of this investigation, the PDCA methodology was implemented to identify the different successful strategies related to the main activities at the company, followed by a validated questionnaire applied to main directors where the principal strategies previously identified have been evaluated. Considering all of this, a new index rate is proposed in this paper. By applying the organizational prevalence index, the sales result has a total prevalence of around 100.4%, so that sales remain the same. The prevalence for the stock has been observed to increase significantly, and in the case of personnel, there has been a minimal increase. Despite there being a noticeable decrease in the national context, there has been a decrease in the employment rate. This study was carried out with the goal of being a reference for resilience for companies where strategies are related to the results when applying the index. Because the study was conducted in only one company, the recommendation for the future is to replicate the study in a large number of companies to correlate data and verify that the index shows a more reliable relationship with company performance. Also, it is considered to apply this index in different company categories, but that will depend on confidentiality and data transparency in every organization.

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on entrepreneurial performance in start-ups. Specifically, a moderated serial mediation model was developed to investigate the mediating role of tacit knowledge sharing and job embeddedness and the moderating effect of career growth opportunities. Data was collected from 376 start-up employees via an online survey platform. Using hierarchical multiple regression and Hayes' PROCESS Macro by SPSS 21.0, and structural equation modeling by AMOS 23.0, support was found for both mediation and moderation effects. Results showed that entrepreneurial leadership significantly positively affects entrepreneurial performance by mediating with tacit knowledge sharing and job embeddedness. Moreover, career growth opportunities moderate the serial mediating effect of tacit knowledge sharing and job embeddedness between entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial performance. This study provides theoretical guidance for entrepreneurial leadership to improve entrepreneurial performance.

The fifth shift of the Malaysian Education Blueprint (MEB) 2013–2015, stated that the ministry will ensure high-performing school leaders are placed in every school. But the main challenge for the Malaysian school leader is to improve and achieve the key performance indicators of high-performing schools. This study supports the aspirations of MEB 2013–2015 by identifying the best practices of leadership to achieve outstanding student performance as well as to maintain the high-performance of schools. Therefore, this study examines the influence of entrepreneurial leadership, sustainability leadership and empowerment towards high-performing school leaders in primary schools of East Coast Malaysia. The instrument used is a questionnaire adopted from several questionnaires developed by previous researches on entrepreneurial leadership, sustainable leadership, empowerment and high-performing school leaders. A total of 486 questionnaires were distributed to the respondents of 15 high-performing primary schools in Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang using the random sampling technique. With a 58 percent return rate, the data were analyzed using SPSS version 24 and SmartPLS version 3.28 for descriptive analysis, measurement model and structural model. The findings show that variables such as entrepreneurial leadership exerted a significant influence on high-performing school leaders and sustainability leadership also exerted a significant influence on empowerment. In addition, the results of this study support the contributions of the study that have been proposed. The findings of this study will contribute to future research, particularly to researchers aiming to examine this leadership style in depth on school performance in Malaysia.
