Hierarchical Modeling & Simulation Curriculum Systematism Promotes the Development of Interactive Inquiry Teaching of Semiconductor-related Courses

Abstract: Implementing the interactive inquiry teaching (IIT) method in higher education could substantially promote the process to construct the first-class disciplines as well as universities.
