“…To reduce the uncertainties of the parameter estimates, fixed values of r = 0 and l = 0.5 were used. Ks values were determined based on studies carried out with soils like the one used in this study (Santos 2018;Silva 2019). r was fixed at this value because, in all simulations, its value converged to zero, and the used value of Ks (15.0, 7.2 and 3.0 for 0-15, 15-30 and 30-45 cm soil depth, respectively) corresponds to measurements performed in soils from the region.…”
