The outbreak of clinical symptoms depends on triggering factors such as cigarette smoking [6,23,29], obesity [4,29], mechanical stresses (chronic irritation) [9,20], or other underlying inflammatory diseases [32]. In our study, cigarette smoking rate in 71.42%, chronic irritation (tight clothing, close shaving, the use of antiperspirants, deodorants and depilatories) in 28.57%, and obesity in 21.42% of the patients were established as significantly increased contributory factors.…”
