Heterotopic Pregnancy in a Natural Conception Cycle Presenting as Hematometra

Abstract: Women with intrauterine fluid accumulation during pregnancy may be at risk for coexistent ectopic pregnancy. High resolution transvaginal color Doppler sonography may be useful to identify a heterotopic pregnancy preoperatively.
