Abstract:ResumoTelangiectasia hemorrágica hereditária é uma doença autossômica dominante. Ela é caracterizada pela má formação arteriovenosa. Sua principal característica são as epistaxes que costuma ser o primeiro sintomas da doença, além de telangiectasias nas mucosas e pele. As epistaxes que acometem a pele, estão presente principalmente no rosto, mão, pés e pontas dos dedos, porém também pode acometer as vísceras, podendo levar às complicações neurológicas, pulmonares, gastrointestinais e hematológicas.
