Hépatite B chronique: aspects épidémiologique, diagnostique, thérapeutique et évolutif au centre hospitalier universitaire Yalgado Ouédraogo de Ouagadougou

Abstract: Notre étude avait pour but d'étudier les aspects épidémiologique, diagnostique, thérapeutique et évolutif de l'hépatite B chronique. Patients et méthodes : Il s'agit d'une étude clinique observationnelle prospective que nous avons réalisée, de mai 2005 à juin 2009, dans le service d'hépatogastroentérologie.
