“…From the radiographic respect, the hepatic tumors in this case appeared as hypoattenuating masses with heterogeneous enhancement on contrast‐enhanced CT. Although these CT findings are considered to be non‐specific and do not aid in distinguishing the tumors from other metastatic hepatic tumors, these radiologic findings were consistent with previous descriptions of primary or metastatic angiosarcoma of the liver …”

“…3 underwent an ultrasonography‐guided liver biopsy, which revealed liver cirrhosis and necrosis only. A pathological examination has been proven to be the best approach for confirming primary hepatic angiosarcoma 16,17 . Its microscopic features are characterized by the proliferation of single or multilayered tumor cells along the sinusoids, the atrophy of liver cell cords and a solid tumor nest composed of spindle‐shaped and polyhedral cells without significant vascular spaces 18 .…”

“…Most show minimal peripheral enhancement after administration of intravenous gadolinium contrast. 96 Few studies are available that have described the radiological presentation of metastatic angiosarcoma in the bone. Studies carried out on large cohorts or that have documented skeletal findings or metastatic pattern in the bone are not available.…”
