Heme Oxygenase-1 in Macrophages Drives Septic Cardiac Dysfunction via Suppressing Lysosomal Degradation of Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase

Abstract: Our results indicate that HO-1 in macrophages drives septic cardiac dysfunction. The mechanistic insights provide potential therapeutic targets to treat septic cardiac dysfunction.
