Heliox simulations for initial management of congenital laryngotracheal stenosis

Abstract: Objectives: Congenital laryngotracheal stenosis is rare, potentially severe, and difficult to manage. Heliox is a medical gas effective in obstructive airway pathologies, given its physical properties.
