The use of Information and Communications Technology (ICTs) in healthcare has the potential of minimizing medical errors, reducing healthcare cost and improving collaboration between healthcare systems which can dramatically improve the healthcare service quality. However interoperability within different healthcare systems (clinics/hospitals/pharmacies) remains an issue of further research due to a lack of collaboration and exchange of healthcare information. To solve this problem, cross healthcare system collaboration is required. This paper proposes a conceptual semantic based healthcare collaboration framework based on Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructure that is able to offer a secure cross system information and knowledge exchange between different healthcare systems seamlessly that is readable by both machines and humans. In the proposed framework, an intelligent semantic gateway is introduced where a web application with restful Application Programming Interface (API) is used to expose the healthcare information of each system for collaboration. A case study that exposed the patient's data between two different healthcare systems was practically demonstrated where a pharmacist can access the patient's electronic prescription from the clinic.

Docker hub is cloud based repository which might include the integration of the activities like code repositories, create images on own and store manually created images into the docker cloud likewise Freight is a fully distributed application environment designed from the ground up to specialize in connecting existing cloud services. End Users will mostly experience Freight through prebuilt solutions that make cloud integration problems vanish. Power Users will mostly experience Freight through the point-and-click Plan Builder, the easiest and most powerful tool for assembling cloud business processes. For developers, though, there's a vast subterranean world to benefit from. Freight is the first cloud integration system that is built from the ground up for fully distributed operation. Each Activity in a Plan can be hosted, operated, upgraded, modified, and secured by a different Terminal running on a different platform in a different physical location and written in a different language. All communication is done through simple HTTP endpoints, and all data is JSON. This creates a system with many advantages.

O planejamento de serviços orientados por metas para indicadores de saúde promove a melhoria do acesso e da qualidade da oferta desses serviços. Um balanceamento automático de metas objetiva melhorar a aproximação dos indicadores em relação ao valor originalmente planejado em cenários incons- tantes. Neste contexto, este artigo formaliza o balanceamento automático de metas, incorporando-o em uma ferramenta capaz de simular cenários contin- gentes que desviam de um plano inicial. Os resultados estatı́sticos do uso da proposta, a partir de simulações inspiradas em cenários realistas, são satis- fatórios e ofereceram valores positivos (p < 0, 05), sugerindo que a abordagem poderia funcionar corretamente em um ambiente real.
