Health Seeking Behaviour among Elderly in Nason Rural Municipality, Manang

Abstract: Introduction: Health seeking behavior refers to the action taken by the individuals to maintain, attain, and regain good health and to prevent the illness. In a similar study, (69.5%) of the study subjects had health facilities located within 30 minutes walking distance from their residence [23].
