Abstract:Netlist comparison is a critical component of the VLSl layout verification process. Present techniques for netlist comparison effectively solve this problem for small to medium size designs, but fail for large designs due to memory limitations. This paper describes HCNC, High Capacity Netlist Compare ; a technique for netlist comparison that uses the natural hierarchy of the transistor circuit to significantly increase the capacity of traditional netlist comparison algorithms. Since the natural hierarchy of th… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
