Harina de cefalotórax de camarón en raciones para gallinas ponedoras: efectos en el huevo.

Abstract: <p class="p1">El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar la harina de cefalotórax de camarón <em>Pleuroncodes planipes </em>(HC) en dietas de gallinas ponedoras sobre la calidad del huevo y el color de la yema.
