Hair Analysis for Drugs of Abuse. X. Effect of Physicochemical Properties of Drugs on the Incorporation Rates into Hair.

Abstract: To determine the mechanism involved, the incorporation rate (ICR) of drugs into hair was compared to melanin affinity, lipophilicity and membrane permeability.
